We earn our spot at the center.

PM360 is the driving force connecting buyers and sellers, advertising and technology, the teams we work on and the places we live. A business at the center of it all, we’ve built our unique culture of collaboration, respect, and mutual accountability to lead everyone we work with to success.

Dig Deeper.

The ads business, data science, and software are all changing rapidly—and our clients’ needs are highly complex. That’s why at PM360, we believe that leading the change starts with an insatiable desire to know more. We’re a company committed to asking tough questions, challenging assumptions, and always digging deeper.

Bring your A Game.

The end-goal of all that curiosity is the products we build and the offerings we create. We channel our answers into game-changing products and services that solve critical problems and propel the industry forward. It’s work that takes focus, passion—and a commitment to outstanding results, delivered quickly.

Volunteering

Blood Donation - Brian Buchan

In high school, Brian started donating blood during a local blood drive. His motivation? To get out of class! Now, Brian is a regular blood donor, donating every two to six months, depending on the local blood supply. Since moving to Grand Rapids, Brian has donated five gallons of blood! Brian says, “This is an easy opportunity to give back, ensuring blood is available for anyone in need”.

Pilot Light Chefs - Ann Weiser

Ann has been involved with Pilot Light Chefs, a food education program for K-12 students for several years. Working with local teachers, Pilot Light’s innovative curriculum integrates food into lessons on history, math, physical science and social science to make learning more fun and make students more informed food consumers. Ann supports Pilot Light’s efforts in strategy, communications and corporate sponsorships. Her motivation: She believes all kids can benefit from making smarter food choices.

Big Brother Big Sisters - Jen Holt

Jennifer supports the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and recently attended their annual fundraising event in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Jen believes in the powerful impact Big Brothers Big Sisters can have in a community. She saw it firsthand growing up when Jen’s neighbor, a troubled young woman, began working with Big Sisters. It turned her life around and today, she is a successful adult. Jen’s motivation for supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters: Their work makes a lasting difference.

Robotics - Josh Sorensen

For the past six years, Josh has served as a volunteer coach and mentor with First Robotics. In this program, middle and high school students learn prototyping, CAD, 3D printing and programming. Josh’s motivation: his four sons are active participants in First Robotics. When competition season rolls around, it’s a few intense months with students designing, building, and programing a robot. Josh says, “The most important skill these kids learn is teamwork and problem-solving”.
