Robert DeGennaro CEO / President / Founder

Robert works with the entire PM360 Team to ensure we have all the tools needed for success. He is a strong believer in putting the right people on the bus, encouraging them to succeed and “getting out of their way”, as he often says. Robert is also Board Chair of PremiumMedia360 and is responsible for communicating with our investors. Robert was the founder of Continental Marketing Inc. in 1980, at the age of 24. CMI is an international sales, marketing, and product development company in the consumer products industry, with offices throughout North America and sales topping $1B. In the late 1990s, Robert was a Co-Founder, Investor, and Board Member of Unicru, the first HR Software Company to automate the hiring process for employees in the hourly workspace. Robert was a co-founder of Labtec Enterprises, a computer speaker manufacturer in the mid-1990s. In his spare time, Robert enjoys hiking in the mountains, skiing, and is an avid bike rider. He is passionate about the arts and currently sits on the Board of The Argyros Theater. Robert attended Portland State University and Harvard Business School OPM.

 
 

Michelle Clayton Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Michelle has both a short-term and long-term view of the business. She oversees PremiumMedia360’s daily operations and she is responsible for the successful execution of critical strategic objectives. Michelle has over 25 years of media industry experience, with in-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital media, from planning to billing and payment. Prior to joining PM360, Michelle worked at Mediaocean, managing client relationship with Top Ten global agencies, such as Publicis, IPG, Havas and Dentsu Aegis. Michelle ensures PM360 delivers excellence in all aspects of our business.

 

Ann Weiser Chief People Officer

Ann is PremiumMedia360’s Chief People Officer, and serves as the steward for all things people and culture related. With over four decades of corporate leadership experience, Ann has held global roles in human resources, business integration, organizational transformation and talent development. Prior to becoming PM360’s Chief People Officer, Ann was head of HR for the Chicago Cubs and Activision Blizzard and served on the faculty of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Ann serves on the boards of Inclusity, a diversity and culture change consulting firm and Savvy Games, a worldwide games and esport company. In addition to her board service, Ann collaborates with Pilot Light Chefs, a non-profit organization focused on food education for students in grades K-12.

 

Sam Bhaumik Chief Solutions Officer

As Chief Solutions Officer, Sam capitalizes on his extensive experience with delivering ad sales and content data from global media companies across digital, linear, advanced TV and other channels. Throughout his career, he has created next-generation products for the advertising media sales systems of many leading Cable and Broadcast Networks. Prior to joining PremiumMedia360, Bhaumik was VP, Product Management for SintecMedia (now Operative). Prior to Operative, Sam served as Director of Product Manager at Broadway Systems, a major provider of traffic and billing and advertising management software for national cable networks. He holds B.A. and Masters degrees in Engineering, and a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.

 

Michael Zablocki Vice President of Sales, Sell Side Solutions

Mike has a proven track record of driving software sales in the media industry, with over twenty-five years of business experience selling multi-platform ad sales and traffic system solutions to large media companies. Most recently, Mike was VP Sales for BroadView Software. He began his career at NBC in the TV Network, TV Stations and Radio divisions, and has worked for ad tech companies Nesbit Systems, Invision, Edge Technology, and Channel Media Solutions. Mike holds a BA in Accounting and MBA in Finance. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and has three children. A musician at heart, in his spare time plays the piano and guitar.

 

Julie Giammattei Senior Vice President, Client Services

Julie has over 20 years of experience in the advertising technology sector and specializes in client relationship management and driving implementations that solve complex business issues. During her 20 years at Mediaocean, she managed the client service team that oversaw all of the broadcaster business, including ABC, CBS, Fox, Katz Television Group, NBCUniversal, and Univision. During her tenure, she orchestrated and executed over 25 large, nationwide client implementations and rolled out new software to over 1,400 U.S. television stations. Julie has an in-depth knowledge of sales order management systems and collaborates with clients across finance, media, sales, executive and technology departments to find the right solution to reduce operational overhead and increase productivity.

 

Massuad Bobby Vice President, Accounting & Finance

Massuad is a results-driven finance professional with over 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. In recent years, he has specialized in the advertising technology industry working with growth stage companies to achieve sustainable organizational success. He has a proven track record of streamlining financial operations, optimizing resource allocation, and aligning sound financial decision-making with business objectives. Massuad holds BS and MBA degrees in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.  

 

Stephanie Helsley Senior Vice President, Business Optimization

As Senior VP of Business Optimization, Stephanie is focused on driving operational efficiency and maximizing revenue growth. With more than 20 years of experience in the broadcasting industry, Stephanie’s diverse background has honed her manage complex projects and deliver exceptional customer service. Prior to joining PM360, Stephanie worked in significant project management roles at Operative and WideOrbit. Outside of work, Stephanie is an active volunteer at assisted living communities providing companionship and support to elderly residents.

 

Rich Radzik Vice President of Sales, Buyer Side Solutions

Rich serves as Vice-President of Sales, Buy-side Solutions. Rich brings his passion for driving growth, establishing long-term partnership and making life easier for his clients to work every day. As a veteran advertising executive with over 30 years’ experience, Rich has deep experience in media intelligence, monitoring, research, media automation, analytics and optimization/attribution. Prior to joining PM360, Rich worked for Kantar leading BVS, Kantar’s ad verification business unit. Rich lives at the Jersey Shore where he spends his free time with family and friends, enjoying all the outdoor activities the shore has to offer.

 

Adam Svoboda President of Digital Solutions

As President of Digital Solutions, Adam is focused on connecting the buy and sell side with PremiumData 360 automation products at each step of the pitch-to-pay workflow. Adam is an innovative thought leader with over twenty years of multi-media experience at companies such as Walt Disney Company, ESPN, NBC, Universal, Peacock and Nexstar. He has a successful track record building out industry leading ad systems, leveraging technology to drive incremental revenue opportunities and automating operational workflows. Adam is at the forefront of the changing media landscape for CTV, Live Streaming, TV, and Digital Ad Operations; working closely with our customers and AdTech systems providers to connect Publishers, Networks, Agencies, DSP’s and Retail Media with scalable Convergence capabilities.
