John founded PremiumMedia360 in 2012, as a passionate believer that TV advertisers need access to real time media buying data in order to make informed ad buying decisions.
Prior to PremiumMedia360, John was founder and CEO of Continuing Fitness, a health care rehabilitation product manufacturer that utilized collaborated sources of data to drive sales of Continuing Fitness branded products online and through retail channels using TV advertising as the demand generator for its products. Continuing Fitness was sold to a top health care company. John was also Founder and CEO of Digital Media Services, an online software driven consumer products advertising and promotional company that delivered consumer sales promotions electronically to leading etailers for over 1000 manufacturers in the computer and technology industries. Digital Media Services was sold to CNET Networks. John attended the University of Arizona.
Robert works hand in hand with the CEO, speaking with Networks and Advertising Agencies to tout the efficiency advantages and productivity opportunities of automating the data flow on both the supply and demand side. Robert was the founder of Continental Marketing Inc. in 1980 at the age of 24. CMI started as a manufacturer's rep in the consumer electronic industry and morphed into an international sales and marketing organization in the consumer products industry with offices throughout North America and sales topping $1B. In the late 90's Robert was a Co-Founder, Investor and Board Member of Unicru, which was the first Software Company to automate the hiring process of employees in the hourly workspace. A number of large retailers, including Target, Sports Authority and Hollywood Video adapted Unicru's assessment software. Unicru was acquired in 2006 by Kronos. Robert also co-founded Labtec Enterprises, which created the market for computer speakers in the early 90's and was aquired in 1995. He attended Portland State University and Harvard Business School OPM.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Cordie DePascale is instrumental in PremiumMedia360's success, evangelizing their innovative technology solutions, driving customer acceptance and sales execution, and stewarding their internal strategic planning process. With 25+ years of experience in advertising and advertising technology, Cordie has a deep understanding of the market, the customers, and the products that make up this space. After graduating from Manhattan College in New York, Cordie spent the first years of his career at J. Walter Thompson and then at IPG. He then moved to advertising technology, spending six years at COREMedia and twelve years at Mediaocean, where he was responsible for product management, quality assurance, and partner management. Cordie has been a longtime supporter of the innovative technology pioneered by PremiumMedia360.
Chief Solutions Officer
As Chief Solutions Officer, Sam capitalizes on his extensive experience with delivering ad sales and content data from global media companies across digital, linear, advanced TV and other channels. Throughout his career, he has created next-generation products for the advertising media sales systems of many leading Cable and Broadcast Networks. Prior to joining PremiumMedia360, Bhaumik was VP, Product Management for SintecMedia (now Operative). Prior to Operative, Sam served as Director of Product Manager at Broadway Systems, a major provider of traffic and billing and advertising management software for national cable networks. He holds B.A. and Masters degrees in Engineering, and a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
SVP, Client Services
As a Strategic Account Management leader within the advertising technology sector, Michelle has 20+ years experience managing client relationships with top 10 global ad agencies such as Publicis, IPG, Havas, and Dentsu Aegis. During her 18 years at Mediaocean, she managed several Client Services teams for their largest agency clients. She and her teams were responsible for managing the overall health and retention of accounts, collaborating with C-suite to mid-level management clients on strategic account plans and coordinating across departments for successful execution. Michelle has an in-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional media and works consultatively with clients to drive adoption of software solutions.
VP Sales, Sell Side Solutions
Mike has a proven track record of driving software sales in the media industry, with over twenty-five years of business experience selling multi-platform ad sales and traffic system solutions to large media companies. Most recently, Mike was VP Sales for BroadView Software. He began his career at NBC in the TV Network, TV Stations and Radio divisions, and has worked for ad tech companies Nesbit Systems, Invision, Edge Technology, and Channel Media Solutions. Mike holds a BA in Accounting and MBA in Finance. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and has three children. A musician at heart, in his spare time plays the piano and guitar.
Implementation Director, Global Partners
Julie has over 20 years of experience in the advertising technology sector and specializes in client relationship management and driving implementations that solve complex business issues. During her 20 years at Mediaocean, she managed the client service team that oversaw all of the broadcaster business, including ABC, CBS, Fox, Katz Television Group, NBCUniversal, and Univision. During her tenure, she orchestrated and executed over 25 large, nationwide client implementations and rolled out new software to over 1,400 U.S. television stations. Julie has an in-depth knowledge of sales order management systems and collaborates with clients across finance, media, sales, executive and technology departments to find the right solution to reduce operational overhead and increase productivity.
Co-Founder, SVP - Product Management
Ron manages our overseas development teams and quality assurance processes. Previously Ron was a Partner and CTO at Continuing Fitness, a manufacturer of fitness and rehabilitation equipment. At Continuing Fitness, Ron managed the development of order fulfillment and sales analytics systems for DRTV advertising. Ron was also a founding partner at Digital Media Services, a company that specialized in online promotions and rebates. There he managed the database development team and was director of corporate marketing. Previously, he founded and published the Franchise Yearbook, a directory of franchised business opportunities, which was purchased by Entrepreneur Magazine. He received his B.A. degree from UCLA.
Jay Zweedyk Hamady
Director of Software Development
Jay joined PremiumMedia360 in 2018 and has over 20 years of software engineering experience and over 13 years of software development in the cable network and local station business. He is responsible for architecting/developing/leading the station side of the GIAHub product. Prior to joining PremiumMedia360, Jay was Development Manager/Lead UI/UX designer for SintecMedia (formally Broadway Systems and now Operative). While at Operative, Jay implemented strong coding standards, custom tools that increased productivity, architected new products, and implemented new technology that gave their product an edge on direct competitors. With a strong background in Microsoft programming - from WinForms to web applications - along with extensive database design, Jay brings an out-of-the-box approach to our products.
SVP - Advanced TV Global Partnerships
Joan has held significant business and product leadership roles in the media & entertainment industry, focused on big data commercialization, advanced analytics and programmatic media management platforms. Prior to working with PremiumMedia 360, Joan was vice president of product management and business development at TiVo. Prior to joining TiVo, Joan was senior vice president of television and cross-media services at comScore, where she pioneered comScore's first cross platform measurement product, covering television, OTT, VOD, digital and radio media, culminating in comScore's merger with television industry leader Rentrak. Earlier in her career, she led the sales organization at a Nielsen-Arbitron joint venture company, serving leading consumer packaged goods, retail and pharmaceutical marketers with measurement and brand sales response analytics.
Joining PremiumMedia360 in 2018, Sam brings his passion for software development to the engineering team. Sam's knowledge of the Microsoft development stack ranges from user interface design, to application architecture, to database structuring. As a senior software developer at Operative (formerly SintecMedia), he garnered a thorough understanding of the broadcast television and digital media industries. At Operative, Sam played a major role in the design and development of key features of their broadcast management solutions, such as Promo Optimization and VOD campaign management.
Programming Team Manager
Sujith started working for PremiumMedia360 in 2015 and is responsible for the management of one of our overseas software programming teams. He has a post graduate degree in Business Administration from India, along with an undergraduate degree in engineering. He is experienced in handling a wide range of software development projects, and has worked with many companies headquartered in the USA.
